A great heathy side dish with both veggies and fruits.
Ingredients
- olive oil
- Vinaigrette
- 2 cups Chopped Brussel Sprouts
- 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
- 1/4 Chopped Red Peper
- 1/2 Apple
- Nutmeg
- Cinnamon
Servings:
Instructions
- Add teaspoon of Olive Oil to medium heat pan
- Add Brussel Sprouts, Onion and Red Peper
- Let cook for 5 minutes
- Add apple slices sprinkle Cinnamon and Nutmag
- Light drizzle of Vinaigrette and Oil
- Cook 10 minutes on low heat
